Terms and Conditions


These general conditions apply to all purchases of products on www.shop-dominoconsulting.ch. The term “customer” used in the following text naturally refers to both men and women. The special conditions applicable to the purchase of certain products or the use of certain services and services are defined below. The offers of products and services published online are valid as long as visible on the site and while stocks last. The illustrations on the site are provided for information only and are not binding. The information on the catalogs and the explanations are to be considered as an indication and are not binding. Domino Consulting Sagl declines all responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies related to drawings, images or diagrams present in the aforementioned catalogs or in the instructions.


The prices shown on the site are exclusively expressed in Euro. They are not inclusive of VAT and do not include packaging and shipping costs which will be invoiced separately. Domino Consulting reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The prices invoiced to the customer for the ordered products remain those that were in force on the day the order was placed and which appear on the order confirmation. The promotional discounts offered on the site in the context of specific commercial offers can be combined with other discounts, unless otherwise specified. These promotional discounts are deducted directly from the purchase order amount.


The products and prices published in the online shop are valid as an offer. However, this offer is always subject to the conditions (of dissolution) due to the impossibility to make a delivery or an incorrect price indication (by Domino Consulting Sagl).

The contract is to be considered stipulated as soon as the customer sends his order to Domino Consulting Sagl. The receipt of the order is communicated to the customer through an order confirmation and sent to the e-mail address indicated by him.

The receipt of the automatically generated order confirmation does not imply any confirmation that the product is actually available or that it can be delivered. The order confirmation simply informs the customer that the order has been received by Domino Consulting Sagl and that therefore the contract is in place, while remaining subject to the condition of the possibility of delivery.


An order becomes effective only after Domino Consulting accepts the order. The sending of the order by the customer implies the full and unlimited acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale to the exclusion of other terms or conditions.


The invoiced price is indicated on the order confirmation that is sent to the customer. Except for special stipulations, all products are payable by bank transfer and will therefore be issued an invoice for the purchase.


3.a. Right of Withdrawal

3.a.1 You have the right to withdraw from the contract, stating the reasons, within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

3.a.2 The withdrawal period will expire after 7 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good.

3.a.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

  1. letter sent by post, b) e-mail message.

3.a.4 To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

3.b. Effects of withdrawal

3.b.1 If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you made in our favor, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery from we offer) without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be incurred as a consequence of such reimbursement.

3.b.2 We will collect the goods from you and the costs of the returning will be at our expense.

3.b.3 You are only responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

To arrange a date for the collection of goods. Please do not return the goods in the absence of our prior consent with RMA code. The goods will be collected from you by the courier. In the event that you return the goods in the absence of our prior consent, we will not support the cost of returning the goods


The total or partial non execution of one of its obligations by the customer and the non-compliance with a payment deadline will put Domino Consulting Sagl in the condition of: being able to demand payment of the sum due, suspend all deliveries, withdraw from the contract in progress.
